Shipping & Insurance Disclaimer

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that if you voluntarily waive shipping insurance, NuScience Peptides is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

Additionally, once your order has been transferred to the carrier (including but not limited to USPS or UPS), title and risk of loss pass to the buyer in accordance with the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC). At that point, the shipment is no longer the responsibility of NuScience Peptides.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are fixed based on product purchased, handling, packing materials required and the shipping method chosen. You can view the shipping cost for your order during the checkout process before you finalize your purchase. 

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

No Recurring Sales / One-Time Purchase

All products sold by NuScience Peptides are offered strictly as one-time purchases. NuScience Peptides does not offer, operate, or participate in any subscription-based, auto-renewal, or recurring billing programs. By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees that no future charges will be made unless the customer initiates a new, separate transaction.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. You can track your order through the provided link.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

NuScience Peptides is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

REFUNDS & RETURNS: Due to our rigorous quality control standards and the fragile nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. In the rare occasion that your order arrives with missing, incorrect or damaged items, please email [email protected] for assistance. Our customer support representatives are standing by to ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied with our product quality, customer support and delivery.

Cancellations must be requested by email before the order shipment has shipped. Once the order has shipped you may not cancel your order. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. The parties agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within the State of New Mexico, and the parties hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
